How's it going, Reader?

It's been a happy Fri-YaY the 13th without any bad things happening...yet.

Last month, I had a breakthrough free 1:1 scaling call with Lisa, and I had to share what happened because I know so many of you are living this exact same thing.

Lisa told me, “Becky… I’ve got all these people on my email list, but they’re not buying my products in my Shopify store.”

And if you’ve ever thought, “What’s the point of my list if no one is buying?” 😅

I’ve been there.

Real talk: I’m really good at this.

Not because I read a textbook about email marketing…
but because I’ve lived it while building my Mom Beach B2C Printable store from $0 to $18k–$20k/month.

And here’s the part nobody told me at the beginning:

My list didn’t buy at first either.

Like… at all.

I had subscribers. I had products. I had “good emails.”
And still… crickets.

Why?

Because people don’t automatically know how to buy from you just because they joined your list.

They need to be trained (in a kind, ethical, trust-building way) to go from:
“oh cute freebies” to “I trust her” to “I want that” to “I’m buying.”

So on Lisa’s call, I shared the “secret” that changed everything for me:

✅ the simple way I condition my list to expect offers
✅ how I implement user experience and NLP so selling feels natural (not awkward)
✅ and the exact shift that turns “subscribers” into “customers”

She implemented what I told her…

…and then she posted in this mastermind group we are both in:

Cue me doing a little mom-dance in the kitchen while something burns in the oven. 😂

Here’s the point:

If you’re willing to take action on what I tell you (like Lisa did), you can get results too.

Not because I have magic fairy dust.

Because strategy works when you work it.

So if your Shopify or other store is solid but your email list isn’t converting…
let’s fix that.
