How's it going, Reader?

It's been a terrific Tuesday. I’ve been looking back at 2025 and honestly thinking… how did I get all of this done?

Like, I know I worked hard. But still. It was a year. 😅

So I wanted to share a quick reflection with you, especially if you’re starting to think about what you want 2026 to look like.

First, here’s what I built in my business this year.

I created several new courses, including my signature course AI Evergreen Sales Engine.

And real talk, not everything was a home run.

Some courses were super successful.
Some were… flops. (I'm looking at YOU, AI-Powered Fillable PDFs!)

Yep. It happens. Even when you’re experienced. Even when you’re doing “all the right things.”

But here’s what was really interesting.😲

My top selling courses this year were:

• ​AI-Powered Spreadsheet System​
• ​AI Puzzle Profits Lab​

And that taught me something so simple, but so important.

People really love courses that teach a specific skill to master.

Not vague “grow your business” stuff.
More like: learn this skill, apply it like this, and get this outcome.

If you’re creating offers in 2026, let this be your nudge to ask:
What one skill am I helping someone master?

Now for the productivity part.

Even with all the AI tools in the world, I still use the same method when I’m creating courses, workshops, podcasts, blog posts, and more.

I use the Pomodoro technique.

I do 25 minute time blocks on my egg timer.⏲

Then I take 5 minutes in between to get up and stretch or walk around.

It helps my brain, but it also helps my body.

Sitting continuously for 20 minutes or more is not great for your heart, and heart issues like heart disease run in my family.

So those little breaks give me peace of mind.

And honestly, I want to be around for a long time.
I want to watch my son, Bryan, grow up. That matters more than any productivity hack.

Speaking of Bryan. He’s been home with me all last week and this week, and he goes back to school on Monday.

So I’ve been stopping work every day around 11 am or 12 pm so I can spend time with him.

And guess what?
The business is booming.
The world did not end.
And I am really grateful for that extra time with him.
