How's it going, Reader?

Bryan turned 11 over the weekend, and between the cake and the birthday chaos, he keeps bringing up France.

Next month our family is taking two full weeks off for a French river cruise, and it will be Bryan’s first time in France, so he’s counting down the days in a way only an 11-year-old can.

I’m right there with him, although my excitement comes with a little confession: I’ve been studying French off and on for a while now, and I still can’t hold a real conversation.

If someone on the boat asks me anything beyond the basics, I’ll lean on my AI translator and hope for the best.

Here’s what would have been impossible for me a few years ago. While I’m away for those two weeks, my business will keep running on its own with my AI COO and Team System.

I’m not planning to sneak off to my laptop between port stops or answer emails from the deck at midnight.

Instead, I’m setting up automations right now so the work that normally needs me, like content going out, emails getting drafted, and customers getting what they need, keeps moving while I’m watching the French countryside go by with my family.

I’m not the only one doing this, either.

My student Cheyenne is planning a trip to Bali, and we’ve been working together to set up automations that will run her business while she’s away from home.
