How's it going, Reader? It's been a marvelous Monday! I am writing this from a hotel in Nashville at a retreat for women entrepreneurs, and I cannot stop thinking about what I saw over dinner last night. I sat at a long table with women running real businesses. Coaches, course creators, service providers, digital product sellers, some of them doing well into 6 or 7 figures a year. And as the conversation turned to AI, one thing became clear to me very quickly. Most of them are not using AI in their businesses yet. The ones who are, with only a few exceptions, are using ChatGPT and nothing else, mostly for writing captions or brainstorming ideas. That is the entire extent of AI in their businesses. I listened more than I talked, because I wanted to understand where the real gap was. And the gap was not that these women were behind. The gap was that nobody had shown them what AI for business actually looks like in 2026. They were still picturing AI as a chatbot you ask questions to, and in the meantime, while we were sitting at dinner, my business was running itself back home. Let me tell you what I mean by that, because I think the contrast matters. Every Monday morning, Claude Cowork runs a few scheduled tasks for my business. It drafts social media content, writes blog posts, produces podcast scripts, and even builds out digital products, all while I am doing something else. I am not at my desk. I am not prompting anything. The work is already in motion. While I was sitting on my hotel bed this morning, I could pull up my phone and watch the tasks running in real time, the drafts landing in my Google Drive, the posts queuing up in my Buffer account. My business keeps working while I am traveling and having fun! That is the gap I am talking about. That is the difference between using AI and being managed by an AI team. The AI Executive Team is the answer, and it is not a hypothetical. It is what I am running right now, today, while I am at this retreat. Sage is the AI COO I delegate to. The eight departments are the team she routes work to on my behalf.
It is not a chatbot, it is not a bunch of GPTs you have to keep messing with, and it is not a prompt library. It is a full AI operating system for your business, and it runs whether you are at your desk or not. This is the way the next five years of business are going to look. The people who figure this out now are going to be running full companies with tiny teams and full lives. The people who wait are going to keep asking ChatGPT for caption ideas while their competitors produce an entire Monday's worth of content before breakfast. The $200 off discount with coupon AICOO for the AI Executive Team ends Thursday at midnight CST. If the dinner conversation I described sounded familiar, meaning either you were the woman at that table or you know exactly what it feels like to be her, this is the moment to stop being left behind by a shift that is already happening. Yes! I want my business to run by itself while I travel! Becky P.S. When I get back from Nashville, I am going to be telling some of the women from that dinner about the AI Executive Team personally, because a few of them asked. But you do not have to wait for a dinner invitation. The door is open right now for the business owners who are ready.
