Both of them know cars and have sat behind the wheel. However, only one of them can pop the hood, look at what is actually happening inside, and tell you exactly why it is not working. It's because they understand how the whole system was built from the ground up. Right now the online business world is full of talented marketers teaching AI and some of them get great results. I want to be fair about that. But here is what most of them cannot offer you: a real technical understanding of how humans and machines actually communicate with each other. It's the science of why humans and technology so often misunderstand each other, and how to design systems that close that gap. I programmed computers and I studied the communication breakdown between human brains and machines at a technical level.
