How's it going, Reader?

It's been a super Saturday thus far. Today I wanted to talk about finding events and pocasts to speak at with Claude Cowork.

There was a speaking opportunity sitting in my inbox and I almost never found it.

Laylee Amadi hosts the Creative Educator Conference every year, and because I subscribed to her list, the invite landed in my Gmail like any other email. Easy to miss and easy to skim past.

But I had already connected my Gmail to Claude Cowork, so I typed one simple prompt: "Find me speaking opportunities in my email and then list them for me here." It pulled up the Creative Educator Conference invite, along with summit applications, bundle collaborations, and podcast guest requests I hadn't even gotten to yet.

All of it, organized and listed out for me, in seconds.

That's the part that still gets me every time.

Not that AI is smart (we know it is), but that it works on your actual business, with your actual inbox, finding things that are already there waiting for you.

Here's what my full workflow looks like now. I have Claude Cowork connected to my Gmail, and it goes through my email looking for invites to summits, bundles, podcasts, and live event speaking opportunities.

Beyond the inbox, I also have it search for events happening in my area and relevant podcasts in the business and digital products niche. Then it scrapes the contact information and lists all the websites and contact details for me to review.

No more tabbing between browsers and no more copy-pasting from directories. It hands me the list and I decide where to focus.

Then it takes it one step further because I connected my AI COO to Claude Cowork by having it work directly inside the folder where I keep my Business Branding Guide, my Department Ops Playbook, and my Offer Vault.

It uses those documents to draft pitches using my R.E.A.L. framework for landing podcast interviews and speaking spots.

The pitches sound like me because they're built from my brand. And when they're done, they're saved straight to my Gmail drafts so I can review and send them whenever I'm ready.

The time this saves is genuinely hard to quantify. What used to take me an hour of hunting, compiling, and drafting now takes a prompt and a few minutes of review on my end.

And because I want my students to have this too, I'm turning it into a skill inside AI Executive Suite next week. You'll be able to run it on a schedule so it happens automatically without you even thinking about it.

If you've been wanting to get on more podcasts or speak at more events this year, this is the system that makes it sustainable without adding more to your plate.

Otherwise, you'd have to hire an expensive agency to pitch on your behalf as I used to do.

I was spending $700 a month on a service and not even getting on podcasts that moved the needle. It was mostly newer podcasts that weren't even about my niche.
